The 2nd Red Sox win this year when trailing by 3+ runs. Not a lot but we'll take it. It's been the comeback Sox here in Sacramento. Monasterio had a big hit early, he's been so clutch this series. Then in the 8th, it was the guys who have been our 2 best hitters all year, Wilyer Abreu and Willson Contreras going back to back. Surprisingly I think that's the first time they've done that this year, might be wrong but I can't remember another. Anyways, an incredible win for the Sox. Not necessarily a bad start from Sonny Gray, he gave us 7 innings, and with the bullpen having to work so much recently, that was huge, he gave up 4 runs, not great but little enough to keep a now-competent Red Sox offense still in the game. Greg Weissert got very lucky, as he needs to to pitch a scoreless inning, and Cardiac Chapman gave us a scare as he's done the past couple months, but eventually finishes it off. Overall just an incredibly fun game to watch, I've now grown to like these 9:45 games.

Solid start by Sonny Gray. Abreu and Contreras with back to backs in the 8th, absolutely electric. Chapman making us sweat again but continues to get the job done. Getting a little sick of Duran, i dont have an appetite to watch this guy strike out and get mad at people anymore. But great game, good win to win the series
